Wellness Must Read

Coming up with evolved was a long process, with many steps backwards.  A critical component to wellness is right-thinking.  These are some of the resources that have helped me develop next generation wellness. While none of the tenants of evolved are new per se, doing them in tandem is something I haven’t read, at least not in as straight forward a manner as they are presented here.  I’m sure this knowledge is not new.  That’s okay.  No knowledge is truly new, it’s simply remembered.

Without the ideas and influence of the following people, this understanding of the landscape would never have come to me, and perhaps to you as well as you read this information.

So in gratitude, I present to you some of the most influential resources that have helped me on the road to understanding wellness, and ultimately, peak wellness.
